“Nothing makes me more excited than announcing that I will be part of this incredible club,” Hermoso wrote on X.
“All my desire and enthusiasm is to wear the shirt.”

Hermoso played a leading role in Spain’s World Cup win in Australia and New Zealand last year, although her on-field play was overshadowed by Luis Rubiales’ actions at the trophy presentation when he kissed the player on the lips.
Rubiales, the former Spanish Football Federation president, has been accused of sexual assault and coercion with Hermoso appearing in a Madrid court this morning to give her version of events.
